Publisher Humble Games and video game studio Squid Shock Studios have officially announced a release date for Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus, the captivating and vibrantly hand-drawn 2.5D action-platformer inspired by Japanese folklore.
As revealed in the release date trailer unveiled by the publisher during IGN Fan Fest 2024, the highly anticipated debut title from the Thai development team is set to launch this summer on July 18th. It will be available for Nintendo Switch, PC (via Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
The trailer showcases the breathtaking beauty of the hand-drawn Japanese-inspired world brought to life by Squid Shock, along with glimpses that offer a clearer insight into the game’s incredibly fast-paced rhythm, intricate level design, and complex platforming mechanics.
