The development of the upcoming PlayStation 5 exclusive has officially been completed.
Here we are—Stellar Blade is officially set to debut exclusively on PlayStation 5 on April 26th. On this date, players can finally dive into the fast-paced and dynamic Action-Adventure from the South Korean studio SHIFT UP.
Confirmation came directly from Game Director Kim Hyung Tae in an exclusive interview with the Japanese PlayStation Blog, announcing that the game has gone gold, marking the conclusion of development. “5 years have passed since we announced Stellar Blade and we were able to reach completion,” said the Game Director.
This announcement will surely bring joy to those who tried the demo released by SHIFT UP and PlayStation on March 29th and are eagerly awaiting to continue Eve’s adventure. To help pass the time, if you haven’t tried the demo yet or wish to replay it to become more acquainted with the mechanics or sharpen your skills, the demo is still available for free download on the PlayStation Store. Furthermore, by playing and completing the demo, you can transfer your progress to the full game and unlock a small exclusive surprise reserved only for those who successfully complete the demo (for further info, check out this link).
