Memoria Wake, an isometric souls-like where we fight nightmares in the dream world to reveal glimpses of the past

Today we explore the world of Memoria Wake; an isometric souls-like in development at Crescendo Studio. Memoria Wake, tells us about the journey that Nilo, the protagonist, faces in the complicated world of dreams. But don’t be fooled, it is a world full of both long-lost friends and nightmares.

About the Crescendo Team…

Pittsburgh-based Studio Crescendo gets this name because it perfectly captures their journey. From a group of students who started small and grew together, becoming louder and louder.
Founded in 2024, Crescendo, is a small team of strong and passionate developers from diverse backgrounds, united by their love of video games.

With a clear motto: “Telling stories that resonate and Creating games that inspire”, they’ll debut with Memoria Wake.

Tactical and tight combat

Memoria Wake combines classic isometric exploration with fast-paced and precise combat. Equipped with our handy umbrella, we will need to have strong nerves to navigate and explore a treacherous and surreal world, shaped by the remnants of our shaky past. We will perfect our timing and technique to deflect and counterattack enemy attacks, using their strength with cunning!

We have to rely on sharp reflexes and quick thinking as we dash, parry, and strike with all our might. Plus, with a vast arsenal of tools and abilities, we can make our way through the incessant nightmares.

Unraveling a Deep and Emotional Story

Nilo’s journey is personal. In fact, the deeper we delve into Memoria Wake, the closer we get to unraveling the mystery of a long-broken bond. There are memories that don’t want to be found…but even faded memories leave a mark.

Traversing hand-crafted dreamscapes where beauty and horror intertwine, we uncover long-buried truths. We confront twisted memories and piece together the fragments of a broken past. Let’s find them before they disappear.
